Lately, there have been rumors circulating about our millets being chemically or alkaline treated. Let us be clear and unequivocal—this is completely false.
Our millets are not treated, not processed with any chemicals, and not exposed to any synthetic agents. We source our millets from trusted farmers who practice natural, pesticide-free cultivation. We clean, sun-dry, and package them using traditional methods and minimal intervention. In fact, these are the same millets we cook and eat in our own homes, and share with our children and elders.
So where are these baseless claims coming from?
Unfortunately, not everyone appreciates ethical business practices. These rumors appear to be spread by unscrupulous individuals or competitors who do not align with our mission, or who feel threatened by a growing community of customers who are embracing conscious and clean eating. While we would rather focus on serving our customers than responding to negativity, it’s important to address misinformation when health and trust are at stake.
We are USDA Organic certified, and we are continuously working toward renewing and expanding our certifications for the 2025–2026 period. For anyone who still has doubts, we are happy to share third-party test results, certificates of analysis, and even invite you to visit our facility or speak to our team directly.
We will publicly share our Certificate of Analysis from the FDA-authorized agency as soon as we receive it.
At the end of the day, we’re not just selling food—we’re building trust. We are on a mission to bring back the dignity of ancient grains, to support honest farmers, and to provide clean, sattvic food for every home.
