Decoctions Peepal, Nyctanthes arbor-tristis , Holy basil Consume all above decoctions one week each and repeat the cycle
Special instructions Oils: Coconut oil/ Safflower oil / Niger seed oil. Consume all above mentioned oils one week each and repeat the cycle.
